- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers over medium heat until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and top with provolone cheese. Cover until cheese is melted.
