Description
These mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls are the perfect snack or appetizer. They are cheesy, buttery, and incredibly easy to make!

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the bottom halves.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese, then brush the melted butter mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding some cooked ham or bacon between the cheese layers.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
