Delicious Thai Basil Beef Rolls are a great appetizer or main dish, packed with flavorful beef and fresh basil.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
- Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water, then layer with lettuce and basil leaves.
- Add a spoonful of the beef mixture to each wrapper and roll tightly.
- Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with tofu or mushrooms.
- Rolls can be served fresh or fried for extra crunch.
