Ingredients

- 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in bell peppers, onions, and pineapple; cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Other vegetables can be added based on preference.
- For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
