Description

A delicious combination of sweet and tangy flavors with succulent prawns.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, onions, and pineapple; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
  6. Serve hot with rice.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • Other vegetables can be added based on preference.
  • For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
