Description

This creamy, cheesy dip loaded with spinach and crab meat is the perfect appetizer for your Super Bowl party.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crab meat, spinach, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced bread.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake.
  • For a spicier dip, add more cayenne pepper or a diced jalapeño.
