A quick and delicious Steak Stir Fry recipe that brings together tender beef strips and fresh vegetables tossed in a savory sauce.

- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add sliced steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the steak to the skillet, add oyster sauce and sesame oil; stir to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
