  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced for garnish

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add sliced steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
