- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by the beef mixture, then the remaining potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
