Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa. Stir well and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, chili powder, and salt. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble bowls by layering avocado, cooked shrimp, and mango salsa.
- Drizzle with additional lime juice if desired and serve immediately.
