Ingredients

- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 8 slices cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices and place on a large sheet pan.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Scoop the beef mixture onto the cabbage slices, forming burger patties.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each burger in the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, use a plant-based burger patty.
- Serve with your favorite condiments.
- These burgers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
