- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak on a baking sheet and pour half of the balsamic mixture over it.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes around the steak.
