Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak on a baking sheet and pour half of the balsamic mixture over it.
