Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for about 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Once risen, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into 6 pieces.
  5. Shape each piece into a ball and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each ball for about 3-4 minutes on each side until puffed and lightly browned.
