Description

A delicious and hearty dip that combines cream cheese, ground beef, and a variety of Tex-Mex flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in black beans, corn, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Heat the dip on low until everything is warmed through; serve with tortilla chips.
