- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a creamy texture, ensure the cream cheese is well softened before mixing.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
