Ingredients

- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the chicken thighs, brown on both sides.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Mix sour cream and flour, stir into the skillet, and heat through without boiling.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.

- Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce.
- For a richer flavor, let the dish sit for a few hours before serving.
