Description

This creamy and rich Alfredo sauce is perfect for pasta and can be made in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and use immediately over pasta.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, add more Parmesan cheese.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
