Description

These healthy brownies are rich, fudgy, and made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
