Description

This easy chicken stir-fry is quick, healthy, and packed with flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch (if using) in a bowl and add to the pan.
  6. Stir everything together until heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
