- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil to the griddle and heat until shimmering.
- Stir fry the marinated beef for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
