Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
  5. Stir in green onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

  • This stir fry can be customized with your favorite vegetables or protein.
