A delicious and easy recipe for a copycat mushroom chicken stir-fry that you can make at home.

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in mushrooms and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir to coat, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and black pepper, and serve hot.
