Description

Delicious pockets filled with a savory blend of mushrooms and leeks, perfect for a vegetarian dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced leeks
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté leeks until tender.
  2. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until mushrooms are soft.
  3. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper over to form a pocket and seal the edges.
  5. Steam the pockets for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
