- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and cheddar cheese. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs are baking, cook pasta according to package instructions.
