- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, and bell pepper. Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add cashews and green onions to the pan.
- Stir in the water and sesame oil, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice.
