- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, honey, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
