Description

A delicious and smokey salsa made with fresh ingredients and smoked on a pellet grill.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin


Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and garlic.
  3. Place the chopped ingredients on the grill and smoke for 1-2 hours.
  4. Once smoked, combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding lime juice, salt, and cumin.
  5. Mix thoroughly and taste to adjust seasoning.
