Ingredients

- 6 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F.
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and garlic.
- Place the chopped ingredients on the grill and smoke for 1-2 hours.
- Once smoked, combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding lime juice, salt, and cumin.
- Mix thoroughly and taste to adjust seasoning.
Notes
- For more heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeños.
- This salsa pairs well with chips or grilled meats.
