- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and garlic.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and stir to coat.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and add chopped bell peppers and pineapple.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice.
