- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and brown sugar.
- Add the flank steak to the marinade, making sure it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
