Description

Delicious and nutty almond bars that are perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in sliced almonds.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
