Description

These Air Fryer Mushrooms are a quick and easy side dish, bursting with flavor and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
