- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to use a mix of different types of mushrooms.
